Coaches' Training INFORMATION

We are looking forward to a fun and informative Coaches Training - with a bit of a new format this year!
We are putting together a variety of sessions so you will have some oportunity to "pick and choose" what sessions you would like to attend.
10 different sessions are planned - for both new and experienced coaches - as well as an awareness session for Parents and Volunteers:
Long Term Problem Coaching - sessions for both beginning and experienced coaches
Team-Building Activities to Try with Your Team
Balsa Basics 101 - Everything You Need to Know about the Structure Problem
So You are Coaching a Technical Team- Problem 1 or 2? ... tips and strategies for team success.
Team Dynamics - The Worst Case Scenario Role Play!
Theatrical Comedy for Problem 3 (or 5) - how can your team get the laughs?
Spontaneous Problems - What are they and how to train your kids - for New Coaches
Spontaneous (Experienced Coaches) a) Implications of the new "rules" for verbal spontaneous and b) Materials Matter - Tips and strategies for hands-on spontaneous problems.

Registration for Coaches Training is $8 which includes handouts and lunch. There is no charge for the Parent/Volunteer Awareness Session as it is over at 11:30.
