Registration Forms

Membership

Memberships are $150 CDN and include the full version of all of the problems, eligibility for one team in each problem and division to compete at the tournaments, coaches' training, and discounts on fun stuff like Spontaneous Attack and Fun Day. Each membership needs a coordinator to be our main point of contact for the team(s) in your school or community group.

Special offer for High School Memberships (Grades 9-12)

  1. Sign up today and receive your Program Guide and the full set of problems electronically.
  2. Once you decide that you want to compete, register your team by Jan 31, 2010 at the latest. There is a limited number of spots at this special offer so register early!
  3. We'll send you a Team Registration form which you will complete and send back with your cheque. Memberships cost $50, for one team, one problem. For each additional team from the same school and in different problems the cost is $25.
  4. It's that easy!

Annual Consent Form (to register your kid)

To participate in Odyssey of the Mind or any CPSS event, parents must give consent for students to participate. This information is required for all students for their safety and for the convenience of event organizers and is kept confidential except in the event of emergency. Fill out the Annual Consent Form ».

Team Registration

Register your team to compete in the tournament. This form should be completed as soon after the team has been finalized and begun discussion on their long term solution (at which time the team members' names cannot be changed). Deadline was Jan. 31, 2010. Email odysseybc@gmail.com about late registration.
